Passenger categories may include Adults, Children, Seniors, Infants, Students, and Military Travelers. Any fees related to booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or future travel credits are generally applied per traveler and per reservation. Taxes, government charges, and supplier-imposed fees may vary based on the itinerary. Customers will only be responsible for the final quoted amount provided by our travel specialists or displayed during the booking process.

  1. Reservationsdesk Travel Pvt Ltd service fees and post-booking assistance charges are non-refundable and may be revised without prior notice. These fees are separate from any airline, hotel, or supplier penalties that may apply.
  2. Refunds, travel credits, and booking modifications are subject to the terms, fare rules, and policies established by the relevant airline, hotel, or travel provider.
^ Cancellation charges for hotels, vacation packages, and other travel products are determined by the individual supplier's cancellation policy and booking conditions.

3. Special Assistance Requests: Requests for additional services are submitted to the airline or travel provider for review and approval. Applicable service charges apply only when the requested service is available. If the provider is unable to fulfill the request, any related service fee may be refunded where applicable.

  • Name Corrections: If the name on a reservation does not match the passenger's passport or government-issued identification, a correction request may be required and subject to supplier approval.
  • Visa or Passport Denials: Supporting documentation, including an official rejection notice, may be required when submitting requests related to visa or passport issues.
  • Baggage Claims: Customers should retain baggage tags, claim receipts, and supporting documentation to assist with any baggage-related inquiries.
  • No-Show Cases: Travelers may be required to provide supporting evidence explaining why they were unable to use the booked travel service.
  • Duplicate Reservations: To evaluate duplicate booking claims, copies of all reservations containing the same itinerary details may be requested for verification purposes.
